On the second issue, I do not know whether we are talking about the same ole Ntachu, who used to be a Personal Assistant to Prof. Saitoti. As far as we are concerned, once the scholarships have been given, I may not be able to know whether Mr. ole Ntachu is around. I do not even know whether we are referring to the same person. I have not seen him at the Ministry. As far as I am concerned, the ole Ntachu who got the scholarship should have taken it up. If he can produce physical evidence of the guy, I would be quite happy."}
