Is it in order for the Assistant Minister not to justify scholarships which have been given to the citizens of this country? I have stated the ones that I know, but there could be more people. This money could have been misused within the Ministry. Is the Assistant Minister in order to specifically point out Maasais? I personally checked to see whether my people benefitted from the scholarships and I found that these two gentlemen never left this country. So, who took the money for their scholarships?"}
