There was an allegation of an arrest of the victim by the officers. I have said that there is nothing like that. Investigations were carried out and the file was forwarded to the Attorney- General. The verdict was that there was no evidence to prove kidnapping or torture. Therefore, the file was closed. I have no objection to the request by the hon. Member that I should visit Mr. Ahmed. But, as far as the matter stands, that is the way it is."}
