They know when it is a good buy and when it is not. Our role, as a Government, and I will state it again, is to ensure that any company that wants to sell shares in the Nairobi Stock Exchange has disclosed the necessary information so that a serious investor can go through it and make a decision in good faith. I confine the role of the Government to regulation rather than advising people on whether to invest in a company or not."}
