The Chair can only say that it is embarrassing that it had to give a dressing down to the Assistant Minister for not having delivered an answer. Indeed, the office of the Clerk confirmed that no answer had been received. I have now confirmed that an officer in the Clerk's office received the answer. That is an administrative matter. I am directing the Clerk to take action against that officer."}
