Langat. The Counties will be very important units of Government and a lot of services will be delivered from that entity. Therefore, we should show the country that with this new arrangement, it is not politics as usual. It is not your usual councillor who runs for Chairman of a County Council that will be a Governor, or a Deputy Governor. So, the hon. Member has come with an appropriate amendment. I fully support it."}
