Member which has been made many times. At the outset, I indicated that we are addressing this problem by improving the terms and conditions of service of Quality Assurance Officers so that they can enter employment in Job Group \"M\" as a way of attracting many more of them. We have already started the process and we have advertised some positions. In the near future, we will have a lot of interest. So, we will have more Quality Assurance Officers because they will be paid well. We will also be able to attract teachers to join."}
