It does not deal with political parties. I have already amended sub-clause 3 in (1) by saying a political party may appoint one agent for its candidates at each polling station. Sub-clause 2 is to be deleted. If it does not appear, I would like to amend my amendment to say so. My proposal is that Clause 31(2) be deleted and we only leave the other one."}
