I have noticed that the Question is dated 29th March, 2006. Although there are about six cases pending in court, some of them were filed on 14th March, 2006; that is prior to the Question being filed in the National Assembly. I have got copies of the pleadings arising from the same Question that is being asked. I am ready to answer the Question, but in view of Standing Order No.74, I have to bring that to the attention of the Chair so that I am covered in case you direct that I answer the Question.
