I also wish to thank the many Kenyans who sent us proposals and even took time to discuss the same with us. This Budget is a collective product of all these people. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as hon. Members are aware, our economy has steadily registered 1400 commendable growth rates over the last three years. This is a clear indication that our economy has now recovered.
