I am simply reminding the Assistant Minister that, in his own district, the supplies officers are committing those crimes. That is what we want to streamline through the introduction of the Bill. I am simply reminding him of what he already knows! Even in his own Ministry, he is not implementing what he knows. It is an obvious fact! I want to remind him of that because he is in that Ministry!
