The Commission draws some funding from the Consolidated Fund. I am supporting the amendment by the Attorney-General because that funding has to fall under a Ministry. Therefore, I want to support the amendment by the Attorney-General. The independence of the Commission is guaranteed under the Act; so, that should not be a worry to anybody."}
