What we are saying is that if a political party will not have provided and taken due care to ensure that the two-thirds rule has been adhered to, then that political party does not qualify to be funded. Fifty percent of taxpayers in this country also happen to be women. I do not see why any political party should be funded after they have failed to comply with what is constitutionally provided for, and what has been debated even in this Chamber."}
