Kilonzo. This is a social Bill. As such, it goes beyond partisan interests. The fact that the Mover of this debate is a Back-Bencher; the seconder, the shadow Attorney-General, and the Government respondent, who is supporting the Bill, is the Attorney-General, to me, this is the best way forward for this very important legislation."}
