These proposals include, among others, cleaning of the balance sheet to attract a strategic investor for the revival of Miwani Sugar Factory. Secondly, we are in discussion with one of the debenture holders for purposes of off- loading the debenture to the Kenya Sugar Board for ease of operations."}
