However, the issue I want to raise requires the ruling of the Chair. I do not want to dwell on the Report of the Public Accounts Committee (PAC). I am an hon. Member of that Committee. A ruling is still being awaited from the Chair as to when we can discuss that Report. If you look at The People Daily today, it has gone into a great deal of quoting that Report.
