In fact, all that you are talking about is mute. As the Minister here is saying, if a party moves in a structured manner to another party, it takes that strength. I can tell you, Honourable Vice-President, that your strength will never be added one iota by any Member of KANU forming the Government. I can tell you that because, as I heard before, the Leader of the Official Opposition has not consented to that. But FORD(P) leadership has made that decision to go there. I think we are arguing a mute point. Mr. Muturi, what you should know now is: Do the numbers presented here tally to the formula that you people agreed to previously? Could you respond to that?"}
