Chapter 15 and in particular Article 250(2) provides for the procedure for appointment of the Chairperson and members of a Commission in the following terms:- “The chairperson and each member of a Commission and the holder of an independent office shall be – (a) identified and recommended for appointment in a manner prescribed by national legislation, (b) approved by the National Assembly, (c) appointed by the President."}
