It has become a norm that if somebody was working for the Government, or if somebody was a civil servant, particularly of long standing, and names are tabled here, people are told that the man or woman was part of a system that was corrupt in the former Presidentâs regime or in this regime or in the other regime and, therefore, does not qualify. It has become a norm to sacrifice all civil servants of long standing on the basis of generalized condemnation. This is what we did when we were choosing the Chief Justice; we said that all the Judges could not qualify."}
