Last week, you made a ruling when hon. C. Kilonzo attempted to introduce an amendment to a Motion which would have altered the spirit of that Motion. I want to say that you were right in your ruling, but I want to plead with you. The rejection of that Motion does not mean approval of those names by this House."}
