The hon. Member also said that pursuant to that agenda and although the document itself is inadmissible, they were addressed by none other than the Prime Minister who is actually sitting in the House and he has the constitutional obligation not only to supervise but also to co-ordinate. So, if, indeed, he spoke at this function and addressed this issue, would it not be in order for him to be given an opportunity to express his views to the House on these issues?"}
