I can see from the Constitution that the County Governments are allowed to levy property rates and entertainment tax. By legislation they are also allowed to impose other taxes. I think it is important that this provision for raising revenue is put in place well in advance, so that County Governments have a sound financial base from where they can take off. I think we have areas like the agricultural and hotel accommodation cess, which need to be captured in order to ensure that we have a strong financial base."}
