They have held so many consultations, a number of which I have attended. Going through the Bill, I can see that a lot of the views, wishes and aspirations for those in this country who have been yearning for a devolved system of governance, have been accommodated. I believe that this House should be able to legislate this Bill to enable it to be enacted into law and operationalized."}
