In Clause 21, we talk of the council of governors meeting at least twice a year, and then we say that in any case not more than four times. I agree with the Chair that we can just leave it at, at least twice a year, and then there is room for them to meet as and when it is necessary. So, we can delete some portions of that particular clause."}
