I would not have wished to interrupt until the Minister finishes, but I am surprised he has not answered my question. Even after that one year when the Ministry had decided to conduct a repeat census and if they were not barred by any court decision, they were conducting the repeat census at a different time, one year down the line, would it not prejudice the populations because they are being counted at a different season?"}
