(d) by inserting the following new sub clauses immediately after subclause (3)- (4) A person shall be qualified for appointment as a chairperson of the Technical Committee if such person- ( a ) holds a masters degree from a university recognized in Kenya; ( b ) has a distinguished career in senior management position in either privat e or public sector; ( c ) holds at least fifteen years post qualification professional experience; and ( d ) satisfies the requirements of Chapter six of the Constitution. (5) A person shall be qualified for appointment as a member of the Technical Committee if such person- ( a ) holds a degree from a university recognized in Kenya; ( b ) has a distinguished career in their respective field; ( c ) has at least ten years post qualification professional experience; and ( d ) satisfies the requirements of Chapter Six of the Constitution.
