Mungatana because regulations are binding laws. The Executive is not an assembly nor are they a Parliament for them to exercise oversight over their own actions. So, if the regulations agreed upon by the Cabinet Secretary and the Summit pass through the Senate, this will give them more clout and they will receive much more respect."}
