Mungatana’s amendment is talking about “at least one- third”. That is not even constitutional. We normally talk about not more than two-thirds of either gender. I believe that this was not a mistake. It was supposed to provide a 50 per cent representation for women. The proposed amendment will negate what the drafters of this Bill were seeking to do."}
