Members who have issues with the wards. But generally saying that this Report is not good is, I think in my opinion--- Two things are very clear. If, in our own wisdom, time lapses and Parliament does not participate in the final determination of this process, then we will have set a bad precedent that will affect us forever as a country. As the way forward, I would like to suggest that those hon. Members who have issues with the way the Committee on Justice and Legal Affairs did this Report, have a right to suggest amendments and seek the deletion of some parts of the clauses. But generally talking about the Report, I think will not be fair. So, I want to suggest that we continue with the debate because we have that deadline of tomorrow and suggest amendments."}
