Is it in order for the Assistant Minister to mislead this House that in polytechnics where Members of Parliament have put CDF money, they have given them equipment? I have done that to a polytechnic called Mavulini. However, I have even written to this Ministry and they have not given us the equipment. Is he in order to mislead this House?"}
