I think it will be out of order for the Assistant Minister to really mislead this House that all local brews have a negative effect to a man in terms of performance. Could he tell us which local brews are affecting the men? Where I come from, there is a brew, which is made out of millet and cassava, which has a lot of potency and really assist men."}
