One of the purposes of this Commission is to ensure compliance with Chapter Six of the Constitution; to subject everybody to integrity, vetting and all that. It will, therefore, be wrong if we can subject judges to vetting and there is a Commission that is going to vet all of us that for their purposes they are not being vetted. I think that would not serve the purposes of the Republic. Therefore, the proposal by the Minister makes a lot of sense. I commend him for that."}
