In future, we should have other cities. Garissa might very soon become a city. There is no use of amending the Constitution, once again, when Garissa becomes a city. It is just the same way we shall have the city of Nakuru, Kisumu and Eldoret. All those towns must be considered in the same line with Garissa."}
