My Ministry will very soon bring to this House a Mining Bill which we have already completed discussing with stakeholders. It is very clear in this Bill that the local community where mining is done will retain a certain percentage of the benefits. The county will get a certain percentage and the central Government will get its share. We are talking of that and I want to assure this House that the Bill is very attractive and we will table it very soon in this House."}
