I am satisfied that the first document which is a copy of a charge sheet is admissible because it is signed by the officer in charge of Muthaiga Police Station and there is a date on the document. There is a police case file number. The only thing that is not in this document is the court case number because the matter did not get to court. So, I am satisfied that it is a copy of a charge sheet. With respect to the second document, hon. Member for Yatta, I am not satisfied. It is not signed and does not have a rubber stamp but the first one is valid."}
