The company he is talking about is not present in this House. This is a company registered under the laws of Kenya that enjoys as much protection as any other person who cannot be mentioned in this House without substantiation. I am not sure who told Mr. Shakeel about the company. Unless it is an authoritative source that can be tabled on the Floor of this House, I would like to ask that he withdraws that remark and the issue be expunged from the records because I am also aware that there is a Question pending before this House which will shed more light on that matter but it cannot be used as part of the contribution by Mr. Shakeel. So, I would like to urge that the hon. Member either substantiates in terms of the authority of his source or withdraws the mention of a company that cannot defend itself on the Floor of this House until the matter comes substantively through the Question that has been put on the Floor of the House."}
