I also want to state that we have had consultations with the relevant Departmental Committee on Local Authorities and I want to say that it’s Members have been very supportive in many areas and in pointing out a number of things, not only here but even in the whole context of devolution. I am sure they will be making their own contribution towards this Bill."}
