We have given ourselves a Constitution so that we can have a new outfit for ourselves; where we can put issues in the right perspective. That is why we have proposed to amend the title of the Bill to read “Industrial Court.” I thought that the co-operative movement is an industry and the Minister for Co-operative Development should not panic by saying that the co-operatives will be left out. We thought that building industries start with everything and the co-operative movement is one of the industries that we would like to empower and put in the right perspective."}
