If you go to the countryside, the number of drunken – helplessly drunken – young people is worrying. We have passed a law here to regulate alcohol drinking. The problem is the enforcement and if we really want this country to harness the potential in its people, a person who has consumed alcohol to the level of temporary insanity cannot be productive in any way even in social ways. We need to find a way of controlling consumption of alcohol especially among the youth because we are losing generations to reckless consumption of alcohol yet we have a law that can control the consumption of alcohol."}
