Even if it is an empty can that carries oil to fill an engine, assume, for example, you are flying a plane in Somalia or to Somalia and it runs out of oil and you have no oil can, what will happen? Dr. Khalwale even as a professional, you know if you steal a needle or a syringe and you are in the operating theater, you cannot carry on the operation if simple things are not there. So I am satisfied that the Minister has dealt with this matter adequately."}
