I have said that those who lodged their claims have been paid, and if anyone has not been compensated, let me have their particulars and I will look into it. I just hope that the hon. Member is not being taken for a ride by the advocate, whom I personally prosecuted, were found guilty and fined Kshs800,000 but I appealed and the Court of Appeal gave a four-year jail term. The advocate has now come out of prison and is trying to revisit that issue. I just hope that the hon. Member is not being misled. If he could give me the details of particular families, then I will be able to answer and address the issue appropriately."}
