That is the reason the women of Kacheliba sent me to ask this Question. I am therefore, telling the Minister, we are very happy that there is consideration for Sioi Dam; but there is River Suam which divides Kapenguria and Kacheliba. It is next to Kacheliba Town. Would she consider using the water from River Suam, which is a permanent river that feeds the Kerio Dam, to make sure that Kacheliba Town gets water? I can see there is a sizeable allocation; could she also make sure that the money allocated is used cost-effectively to give the people of Kacheliba, the entire West Pokot and Kenya as a whole water?"}
