If it is true that this person has been transferred to the hospital and they never reported to the police, I would want this Question to be deferred so that my officers can go and check whether this particular person actually had a problem on the ground. I would also request that we go and visit the fellow in hospital and we will also take a statement from him. Otherwise as at now, we are not aware because he did not report this matter to the police station."}
