If you go to China and Europe, they have enacted a law to provide for this. In Kenya, you will find that the poor people produce more children than they are able to sustain. This becomes a burden. You find that those who are able produce few children and the burden is on the poor people. The Government needs to do something about the number of children that a person should have."}
