Are we doing justice to Questions we ask as the Back Bench? Even as Mr. Wamalwa requests for some more time, I think it is an issue that has now become a cancer that the Executive arm is unable to address themselves to questions and Ministerial Statements sought by hon. Members. We need further guidance as to how we should proceed."}
