I did say at the time that we were presenting this Bill by way of a Motion that it was very important for hon. Members to interrogate this particular Bill. I similarly did point out experiences in the past where, through the medium of a Statute law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, some provisions have normally found their way in a Bill that turns out to have a lot of problems in the end in terms of implementation. I did point out that, having been graciously allowed by the Attorney-General to move this Bill; the hon. Members must interrogate all issues thoroughly, including those that are concerning the hon. Member for Gwassi."}
