This is a case where these rustlers are known. Their whereabouts are also known. On a few occasions, they have returned some animals and refused to return the others and the Government knows this. Finally, 18 camels were recovered yesterday while 72 are still at large. I beg you not to dispose of this Question until the Government does what it has to do to recover the remaining animals. A Kenyan died on the same day and up to today, nobody has been arrested leave alone recovering the camels that were stolen."}
