Is he in order to purport to be speaking for a very narrow part of a Ministry yet he is expected to be speaking on behalf of the entire Government when he is here? Could he tell us whose responsibility it is to re-settle the IDPs arising from the forest evictions since it is not his business to do so? Why is he answering this question? Why is he purporting to answer it?"}
