Part “b” of the answer states: “The Pyrethrum Board of Kenya has made arrangements to pay farmers on a monthly basis.” What we are asking for are arrears relating to 2008/2009. So, even as we wait for the Committee to respond to this issue, farmers continue to suffer because they are waiting for the payment."}
