The positions of IGAD and African Union (AU) are fortified very strongly. I want my friend, Dr. Bonnie Khalwale, to be informed of those positions by reading Article 98 of the Rome Statute which has been domesticated in Kenya. I also want to invite Dr. Bonnie Khalwale to read the Vienna Convention of 1963 on the diplomatic immunity for sitting Heads of States and Governments. I also want to remind hon. Members that our own Constitution, which we are quoting here - and which I also believe in like my learned senior, Mr. Imanyara, says very clearly---"}
